Name of Person in Need of Prayer:: Elaine Cobb's brother Date Posted: July 29, 2010 Prayer Concern: Elaine Cobb's brother is in the hospital in Omaha for a serious problem with his blood. They are treating the symptons while trying to determine the cause. He had a kidney biopsy Tues. & will be having a bone marrow test. Today(Thurs) they are putting in a port so they can filter his blood. Name of Person in Need of Prayer:: Emily Dieleman Date Posted: July 27, 2010 Prayer Concern: Emily reported that the surgery went well and the doctor is pleased with how the eye looks. Emily is much relieved. Please continue to pray for God's strength, peace and patience to surround her as the healing process continues. Name of Person in Need of Prayer:: Kennedy Lindsey Date Posted: July 27, 2010 Prayer Concern: Please pray for the great-granddaughter of Ross & Marge Hildreth. She has had 18 stitches following a dog bite on her face. Pray for healing, no infection and no scarring. Pray that Kennedy and her family will feel God's presence during this time. Name of Person in Need of Prayer:: Darlene Hurt Date Posted: July 21, 2010 Prayer Concern: Darlene has been transferred from NWMC to Highlands Rehab to recover from the broken ankle she received in a fall last week. Please continue to hold here in your prayers. Name of Person in Need of Prayer:: Lorna Sterrett Date Posted: July 20, 2010 Prayer Concern: Lorna's knee-replacement surgery went well on Monday. She will be returning home within the next couple of days to recuperate under the watchful eye of her daughter, who is a nurse. Please continue to hold her in your prayers as her ankle heals, praying for peace and comfort during the extensive healing process. Name of Person in Need of Prayer:: Tate Hall Date Posted: May 26, 2010 Prayer Concern: Tate is Kathy Fidler's granddaughter who has a benign brain tumor that is growing again. Tate will be having her "stereotactic radiation" at the University of Minnesota June 2nd and 3rd. They have the Gamma Knife Program. She will be under general anesthesia and will need to have her head secured into a halo brace so that she can't even be moved 1 millimeter after they start. Please include Tate in your prayers once again, praying for wisdom and skill for the doctors, God's peace and strength to surround Tate and her family, and a return to good health for Tate. Name of Person in Need of Prayer:: Drake Dahn Date Posted: April 5, 2010 Prayer Concern: Drake Dahn, the 13 year old great nephew of Roberta McKay, is undergoing treatment at St. Judes in a long and brave fight against bone cancer. Please pray for Drake and his family, that God's peace and comfort will continue to surround them today and always. |
